As an instructor of Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania I found myself surrounded by grad students immersed in the science of happiness, yet, they were still struggling to implement it.
Why? Because knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.
And now it’s my mission to help people close the gap between who they want to be and the person they show up as in reality. The result? A science-based approach to performance coaching.
This potent mix of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Developmental Theory, and Coaching Tools is the approach I created (and use) in this program.
